Gelinas Group works with a range of organizations, including corporations, government agencies, higher education institutions, nonprofits, and small to mid-sized businesses. If your organization is investing in people, we can help.

The skills AI can't replace are the ones your organization needs most right now. Critical thinking, conflict management, the ability to coach others, and leadership presence are what drive performance, retention, and culture.
Organizations that invest in human skills development see stronger team collaboration, more effective managers, and leaders who can navigate complexity with greater clarity and confidence. According to research from LinkedIn, Gallup, and PwC, demand for these skills continues to outpace supply, making this one of the highest-return investments an organization can make in its people.
At Gelinas Group, we focus on real behavior change, not just awareness. That means participants develop skills that last.

Can you customize a training program for our organization?
Yes, customization is built into how we work. Our employee training programs can be modified to meet your needs, or we can design something new together. Gelinas Group's founder, Dr. Debra Gelinas, brings over two decades of experience in education and leadership development. She takes the time to understand your organization's culture, goals, and specific challenges before designing a program.
Whether you need to adapt an existing program, build something from the ground up, or integrate our work with other initiatives already underway, we can design an approach that fits. Schedule a complementary call to start the conversation.

A lot of leadership training informs. Gelinas Group transforms. Our programs are experiential by design, grounded in the science of how adults develop new capabilities, and delivered in an environment where real growth is possible. Every engagement begins with a genuine understanding of your organization's culture, goals, and challenges. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to human skills development.
As a boutique consultancy, you work directly with Dr. Debra Gelinas, an ICF Associate Certified Coach and educator with more than 20 years of experience in leadership development and program design. That means you get senior expertise, personal attention, and objectivity, not a platform, not a junior trainer, and not a generic curriculum.

Most leaders already know skills gaps exist, they show up in team friction, turnover, stalled performance, or feedback from employees and clients. If your organization is growing, promoting people into new roles, navigating change, or simply recognizing that strong technical skills alone aren't enough, it's likely the right time.
The best first step is a conversation. Dr. Gelinas offers a complimentary strategy call to help you think through where your organization is and whether a program makes sense.
If you’d like to better understand where the gaps in your organization are now, complete the free Human Skills Gap Audit on our website.

The average return on investment for leadership coaching is cited at 5 to 8 times the investment. Beyond that figure, organizations that build human skills see measurable impact in retention, engagement, team performance, and the ability to navigate change. The question isn't whether the investment pays off (the research is clear that it does). The question is whether your organization is ready to make the kind of commitment that leads to real, lasting change. Schedule a free strategy session today to get started.
