Founder and Principal
Dr. Debra Gelinas is a doctoral-level educator, credentialed coach, and leadership development practitioner with a passion for helping people and teams build the human skills essential for success in a rapidly changing, AI-driven world.
With more than twenty years of experience in higher education, Debra has taught, coached, and mentored hundreds of individuals as they worked toward meaningful personal and professional growth. She has led high-impact teams, partnered with industry leaders to support early career development, and designed experiential programs that helped both students and working professionals develop new capabilities that translate into real-world results.
Debra’s work is grounded in a rare combination of expertise: a Doctorate in Education focused on how adults develop skills through experiential learning, and a Master’s in Counseling that informs her deep understanding of human behavior and what it takes to create lasting change.
Debra holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation and is an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP), COR.E Leadership Dynamics Specialist (CLDS), and certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator practitioner. She is also trained in executive mediation and holds a certificate in human resources management.
